Ordering & Delivery

How buying from the studio works: delivery, returns, and how we look after your details.

Delivery

Open Edition Digital Prints

Open Edition Digital Prints are made to order. When you buy one, it is produced by a specialist fine art printer close to your delivery address, then sent straight to you. This keeps delivery times short and avoids waste.

Shipping is included in the price. There is nothing extra to pay at checkout.

Where we ship: Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada.

How long it takes: most orders arrive within 5–14 days in Australia, and 7–21 days overseas. This includes printing time. Times are estimates and can stretch during holiday periods.

Packaging: prints are sent unframed, rolled in a protective tube or flat-packed between card, depending on size.

Tracking: you will receive an email with a tracking number once your print has been dispatched.

Customs and duties: orders outside Australia may attract local import taxes or duties. These are set by your country and are paid by you on delivery.

Original works and studio editions

Paintings, drawings, reliefs and studio editions — silkscreens, risograph prints, monotypes and limited-edition reproductions — are packed and sent from the studio in Adelaide. Delivery cost and timing depend on the size of the work and where it is going. Please use the Enquire button on the work’s page before buying and we will confirm a quote.

Something wrong with your delivery?

If your order has not arrived within the times above, or arrives damaged, get in touch through the Contact page with your order number and, for damage, a photo of the print and its packaging. See Returns & Refunds for what happens next.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Open Edition Digital Prints are made to order for you, so we can’t accept returns if you simply change your mind. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this, as set out below.

Damaged, faulty or wrong

If your print arrives damaged, has a printing fault, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it or give you a full refund — your choice.

  1. Get in touch through the Contact page as soon as you can, ideally within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and photos of the print and the packaging.
  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund. You won’t need to send the damaged print back unless we ask, and if we do, we pay the return postage.

Change of mind

Open Edition Digital Prints are made to order, so they can’t be returned or exchanged for change of mind — for example if you chose the wrong size or no longer want the print. Please check sizes on the item page before ordering.

Original works and studio editions

All sales of original works and studio editions are final — we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This doesn’t affect your rights if a work arrives damaged or isn’t as described: see Damaged, faulty or wrong above.

Colour

Prints are made to closely match the original artwork, but colours can look slightly different on screen. Small differences between screen and paper are not considered a fault.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5–10 business days of being approved.

Your consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
